This insightful two-part leadership workshop is perfect for any woman who has struggled to avoid burnout while pursuing purposeful work. Since the start of the COVID pandemic, forward-thinking female leaders have been changing the game in every sector and industry across the globe. But even with light at the end of the pandemic tunnel, most of us—especially women—still feel pushed to our limits.

In this workshop series, Guts & Grace Leadership CEO LeeAnn Mallorie brings fifteen years of experience coaching ‘the only’ woman on executive and technical teams to help you level-up your leadership by developing the skills to master your energy and stay in the game when the going gets tough. 

  • Part 1. September 8, 4 pm PT.  Building Blocks of Resilience: Learn what resilience really is – what it isn’t – and how to source new energy on demand. 

  • Part 2. September 15, 4 pm PT. Getting Bigger than your Challenges: Refine your resilience practice through coaching, activities and dialog.

LeeAnn believes that the key to breaking the glass ceiling at work is a deep understanding of the intersection of leadership and resilience. She helps her clients cultivate mindful self-awareness and develop simple, reliable practices that bring their native superpowers back online at work.

As the founder and CEO of Guts & Grace Leadership, LeeAnn is passionate about helping women leaders bring forward cutting-edge ideas that serve the greater good. To support leadership development and curated collaboration among women working in sustainability-related careers, she is launching the MEME Project Sustainability Summit in the Bay Area this October, 2021. LeeAnn has supported leaders at diverse organizations like Google, Apple, Nasa, Logitech, Nextera Energy, Verizon, Silicon Valley Bank, Campbells, Roche, Zymergen, and the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation.
