The WCS Entrepreneur Circle (E-Circle) is a program designed for entrepreneurs who identify as women to communicate, reflect, and connect with each other and overcome barriers specific to female entrepreneurs. SHAI KALANSKY

Shai is a legal professional who specializes in corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions, and securities offerings for public and private companies. He works with U.S. and non-U.S. entities in climate tech, life sciences, healthcare, hospitality, and technology industries. Shai has vast experience representing startups to late-stage private companies in the climate tech and sustainability space. He advises companies on equity and convertible debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, reorganizations, and joint ventures. Additionally, he provides legal advice to investors on climate tech investments, acquisitions, and dispositions. Shai is a member of Morrison Foerster’s global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) steering committee.
