We’ll also explore various report framework options, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and other leading standards, to help you choose the best approach for your organization.

OLUWABAMISE ONABANJO

ESG ANALYST, MORRISON FOERSTER

Oluwabamise is an ESG analyst in the San Francisco office. In her role as ESG Analyst she assists with legal research and analysis regarding ESG regulations in the U.S. and all jurisdictions in which MoFo has offices or provides services. She also assists with drafting ESG compliance policies and procedures for asset managers, public companies, and private companies, as well as integrating ESG aspects of diligence in investment and M&A.

Oluwabamise is a Nigerian trained attorney experienced in working across the intersection between law and public policy. Prior to joining the firm, she was a research assistant at Yale Law School. She also served as a policy analyst with the Office of Undergraduate Studies at Duke University.

Olga engages in a general corporate and transactional practice, and represents companies and investors in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters. Olga’s private companies practice includes representing clients in venture capital, growth equity, and corporate venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions, as well advising clients on hybrid or “tandem” structuring arrangements between non-profit and for-profit entities. Olga’s public companies practice includes advising clients on U.S. federal securities law compliance, compliance with listing standards of Nasdaq, and corporate governance issues. Olga has also helped advise public company clients on new disclosure requirements and best practices regarding disclosures concerning environmental, social, and governance factors.
