Just as we’re all students throughout life, we’re all also teachers. Many people see mentoring as a one-way street, but mentorship can benefit the mentor as much as the mentee. Being a great mentor not only gives us the opportunity to grow as leaders but also to continue our life-long learning.

Mentors can continue learning in two key ways. First, mentors can learn by teaching others, which is one of the best proven ways to learn. Second, mentors can learn from their mentees. Mentoring younger professionals gives mentors the opportunity to stay up to date on current best practices, new information, and new techniques in your industry.

Join WCS for a panel discussion with seasoned mentors that will help you unearth your strengths as a great mentor. Perfect for seasoned mentors or anybody just starting off, panelists will demystify the building blocks of strong mentor-mentee relationships that lead to mutual success for both parties.

Join our moderator, Theo Fehsenfeld, for a conversation about mentoring in cleantech, climate and sustainability. Our Speakers Include:

You’ll Learn:

  • How to tap into your strengths and grow into your role as a mentor
  • Skills and tips to building long-lasting mentoring relationships
  • How mentorship is essential to advancing careers and impact

We hope you’ll join us to find your mentorship strengths and lift up the next generation of leaders.
