April Reid – Reliability Engineer at Exelon

April Reid is a Reliability Engineer at Exelon (Pepco). She is originally from Trinidad and Tobago but currently resides in Maryland. Her goal is to live a purpose filled life and wants to open her own business one day. She loves exploring new activities and finding new adventures.

Nick Young – Sr. Director at Progressive

Nick Young is a Sr. Director for Progressive GE which is a global staffing company connecting STEM talent with leading companies in the Power and Utilities, Renewable Energy, and Manufacturing industries. Nick has been in the Staffing Industry for 17 years, focused on Information Technology and Engineering skill sets where identifying top talent is a constant struggle and helping underrepresented groups enter the STEM field has had a major impact to the industry. He has also previously served as a Board Member for Fleurix which aims to increase women pursuing and thriving in technology-related careers.

Michelle Dutemple – Executive Consultant & Horse Guided Empowerment Coach

Michelle is originally from Brazil. As a Latina Woman, she am founding member of SThree USA's first Hispanic and Latinx employee resource group (ERG) and Co-Lead our Women's ERG. She is very passionate about D&I and empowering minorities. Michelle is a  360 Recruiter at Progressive GE in the Renewable Energy Market and Top 10 Permanent Biller at SThree on a global level. Michelle earned her Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from PUC-Rio on full scholarship then her Executive MBA on 80% scholarship which the highest ever granted at BBS and two Post Grad's in Marketing Strategy and Coefficients as Advanced Negotiation studies from Harvard. She is fluent in 4 languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.  Her 12+ years' experience in foreign countries makes made her highly adaptable to different cultures. Michelle loves reading and writing. She writes all the articles for Renewable Article's for Progressive GE's Renewable Blog.
